List admission, attraction transport and experiences separately
An attraction name does not mean admission, internal transport, escalators or shows are included. For reservations, check availability, document needs and booking method; confirm optional activities and their costs.
Define guides, meals and language services
Check guide dates and language, included meals and dietary requirements. English and Korean pages explain the plan; guide availability and any language-service fees still require confirmation.
Payment and changes: keep the written agreement
Check the contracting company, payment recipient, payment schedule and cancellation or date-change process. Ask about unlisted costs and retain the contract, confirmed itinerary and itemised quote; contact official support for issues.
