Start with usable sightseeing time
Separate arrival, departure, check-in and intercity travel from the total trip length. A late arrival and early departure leave much less sightseeing time than three full days.
3 days: focus on one main area
Use Guiyang arrival, Huangguoshu and Anshun as a reference, keeping the main sightseeing time for Huangguoshu. Add departure-day activities only if transfers allow; extend the stay for more areas.
5 days: allow for intercity transfers
The Huangguoshu, Libo and Xijiang combination suits travellers comfortable with intercity travel. Review the Xiaoqikong-to-Xijiang day closely; for a slower pace, early departure or tired companions, reduce stops or add days.
With older travellers or children: protect rest time
Explain walking tolerance, rest and luggage needs. The same number of sights can involve very different effort; compare daily transfers and hotel locations first.
